The Illinois Premise Alert Program (PAP) Act (Public Act 96-0788) is a safety program that supports individuals living with disabilities by providing specific information which can be used by first responders (police and fire) when there is a call for service to the address provided.

The information provided will be kept confidential, but may be transmitted over public airways to first responders.

The PAP data will remain on-file for a period of two (2) years from the date entered into our system. Shortly before expiration, you will receive a notice from METCAD asking that you confirm the premise alert program data.  To confirm, please complete a new application form HERE, selecting the 'renewal application" option, or download and complete a paper application HERE (coming soon!).  Any applications not confirmed will be removed from our database.

If changes are required at any point, or if PAP data is no longer needed, please complete a new application form HERE, selecting the 'update current PAP data" button or download and complete a paper application HERE (coming soon!).

If you are submitting an application for a premise which has more than one Special Needs Individual residing in it, please submit a separate application for for each person.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the application is approved and has been successfully added to our database.
