MDICE ALIAS CHANGE

REQUEST FORM

This form is used to request a change in the Alias Database.  The Alias Database translates the Radio User ID (i.e. 4101001) into an 8-character code which provides the METCAD Telecommunicator with specific radio identification (i.e. UI1277 or SOCAR54).  The Radio User ID is typically found on a tag inside the battery compartment of a portable radio, or on a tag located on the bottom of a mobile radio.
